It is our goal at KC Athletics to allow players to participate regardless of their financial situation. We understand financial hardships happen and are excited to offer our families the opportunity for scholarships. 


Please note: In order to be eligible for financial aid, all applicants MUST be in good financial standing with the club and their team.

  • Any application that has missing or incomplete information will be deemed incomplete and will NOT be considered.
  • All Financial Award recipients are still responsible for paying any uniform, club, coaching or team fee expenses not covered by the aid award.


Applications will be reviewed by the KC Athletics Scholarship Committee. All information will be kept confidential.


Our scholarship application is now part of the registration process through PlayMetrics.  Just before you choose your payment plan, there is a financial assistance link that allows you to apply for a scholarship.  After completing the scholarship application, you will wait to complete registration for the upcoming season until you recieve an email from the scholarship committee with information on your specific scholarship.  Once you recieve the email from the scholarship committee, you will then complete your player's registration in PlayMetrics. 


Our scholarship committee does ask that all player's recieving financial assistance help the club by working fundraising events that help us generate the funds that allow us to award scholarship funds to those that need assistance.  Jeremy Luangphithack heads up our fundraising events and will connect with families on details for opportunities to support our scholarship fund.  Jeremy can be reached at club@athleticskc.com.
