Independent Premier Teams

INDEPENDENT PREMIER OVERVIEW

Our “IP” Program allows youth soccer teams that are already intact (potentially school teams, neighborhood teams, etc.) to have an attachment to a club for carding purposes, uniform ordering, practice locations etc.

*This is a team fee, split between however many are or on the roster*

The required items are KC Athletics blue jersey, blue shorts, white jersey, black shorts, and blue and white socks.  Backpacks, Training Pants and Jackets are also available through Soccer.com when ordering uniforms.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Players are carded for the full season (8/1-7/31). High School aged teams will pay for 1 outdoor season and non-high school for 2 seasons.

Teams can participate in our Winter League and pay the team rate at time of registration.

Teams can hold tryouts on their own and KC Athletics can assist with completing rosters after our tryouts are complete.

Independent Premier teams can join our KC Athletics' Techne Registration for $85 / team.  Techne is a player-centered app designed to help players grow their individual technique.  It also has resources for developing strong players both mentally and physically.  For more info on Techne, check out technefutbol.com.

Uniforms will be ordered through the Soccer.com online ordering system.

STEPS FOR INDEPENDENT PREMIER REGISTRATION

1. Coach or team admin needs to register the team at the KC Athletics Independent Premier Team Registration form (on the right).
2. Coach or team admin needs to submit the Independent Premier Team Roster Form (see below) to llindstrom@athleticskc.com
3. Each player needs to register at the Independent Premier Individual Player Registration link (on the right). A passport style photo and a birth certificate will be uploaded as part of this registration.
4. Coach/Admin is responsible for submitting team payment in full. Submit team payment to KC Athletics at 9001 W. 67th Street, Merriam, KS 66202. Payment options include check to KC Athletics or Venmo to @AthleticsKC (Business profile).
